I made based on the Velvet Character Reference for the Battle Gear Contest ( roosterteeth.com/post/3118064 ) made some time ago. Now I have also made around 50 different color variants to this which I will leave a link below to download. Please don't sell these at all, this is just for the purpose of people who want to make OC(s). There is also a file for those who use Paint Tool Sai like me to edit with freely.
